For more than 40 years, the Madison Sign Shop proudly served the city, providing beautiful signage for businesses, schools, and events. Now, this storied building has been given new life. Here’s to the next 40 years.

Beginning in 2020, rehabilitation efforts were undertaken across the entire property- saving unique features that tell the story of the building, while making improvements that ensure the buildings utility for decades to come.

The end result is something wholly unexpected and unique for Madison- bespoke commercial studio spaces honoring their past, with a refreshed and updated interior to suit any tenant use cases. Fordite Studios brings all this to market on Madison’s rapidly developing East Side.
